How do I proceed through the checkout process?
Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Cart page and we will guide you through the checkout process.
How do you Ship?
We use the United States Postage Service (USPS). Items under14 ounces (example a t-shirt) can be shipped first class USPS. Above 14 ounces requires USPS standard shipping. Items can be sent quicker by using USPS Priority Mail Express 1-Day at an additional expense.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major American credit card brands.
How do I cancel an order or return or exchange an item?
E-mail us at sales@squarable.com, letting us know that you will be returning an item. Then, ship the item with your receipt to HSS TheStore 245 Eighth Avenue Suite 271, New York, NY 10011. Please include in this shipment a copy of the order emailed to you upon checkout, as well as instructions with regards to whether your shipment is a return or exchange. Our policy typically is that we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
